  • Master

The International MA Program in Conflict Analysis and Management (IMPACT) is a fully accredited master program established in 2005, where all courses are taught in English. Classes are highly interactive, focusing on developing in-depth understanding of the conflict phenomenon and acquisition of effective techniques of conflict analysis and management. Students are involved in all the Center’s research and outreach programs.
  • Research

The two tenets of the Center’s research are, first, that there can be no conflict management without accurate conflict analysis and, second, that there is no sustainable development for organizations and communities without effective conflict management systems for disputes between members and members and leadership. We operate in Romania and abroad and we focus on both intra-group and inter-group conflicts.
  • Publications

Conflict Studies Quarterly and Conflict Observer Project are the two publications of the Center. The first is both a print and online publication established in 2012 and registered in EBSCO and DOAJ databases. The second is an online publication only, run by our MA students under the supervision of the Center’s experts.
